Composite Part and Product Production

Berke Marine provides services in the field of carbon fiber and GRP parts, product design, production and assembly.
Prototype work, pilot studies and mass production studies are also modeled by a professional team as needed.
What is Carbon Fiber?
Carbon fiber (CF, graphite fiber) is a fiber type with 5-10 micrometer diameter and consisting of carbon atoms. Carbon fiber is combined with other materials and becomes a composite. When it is combined with plastic resin and entered into the mold, it becomes a carbon fiber reinforced polymer (commonly known as carbon fiber). Carbon fiber is a very light and high strength material.
Why Carbon Fiber?
-
Increasing demand for lighter materials around the world, which saves fuel and reduces consumption emissions
-
67% lighter than steel
-
50% lighter than aluminum and glass
-
Being a strong material that enables safer product production and providing higher security solutions for users
-
4-5 times stronger than steel
-
At least 2 times harder than steel, aluminum and glass
-
Corrosion and fatigue resistance
-
Being heat resistant and electrically conductive
-
Provide flexibility in designs
-
Easy to shape
It makes carbon composite the most important material of today and the future.
Special Edition: Anti-Frost Wind "Propellers"
Agricultural products are exposed to frost due to cold weather. Anti-freeze wind blades serve to move the cold and inert air layer away from the products . Berke Marine produces robust and durable wind blades made of carbon composite to provide uninterrupted protection in fields and farms.
